How Do we Work

We take a detailed analysis of your

  • Life Style
  • Medical History
  • BFA SCALE ANALYSIS which measures various characteristics of your body like fat %, muscle mass%, BMI, visceral fat
  • Eating habits such as likes and dislikes.
  • Other relevant information will be carried out by us.

Goal Setting

After understanding you and your body, we will set up your Weight loss Goals which are realistic and achievable.

Making your meal plan

We provide nutritionally balanced diet according to your medical conditions.

Keeping in mind your specific requirements, likes  & dislikes, eating out and travelling plans and your target weight. We also send you tips for eating in a party, restaurants and other social occasions.

You can avail our services from anywhere in this world through phone calls, email, whatsapp.

 Evaluation

We provide you with a 2-3 counselling sessions per week either on phone or in clinic to  evaluate and monitor your progress.

Once you start your plan, we make it a point that you stick to it.
